Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after confirmation.
 

Delivery Timelines

  • Deliveries typically take 3-7 working days after dispatch.
  • Timelines depend on your location. Metro cities receive orders faster, while remote areas like the North East or Jammu & Kashmir may take longer.
  • Please note that these are estimated timelines. Unforeseen factors may occasionally cause delays.
     

Shipping Partners
 

  • We collaborate with reputable courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and EcomExpress to deliver your orders safely.
  • Unlike Amazon or Flipkart, we do not own our logistics network, but we ensure our partners are reliable and efficient.

Important Information
 

  • OTP Safety: Never share your OTP until the package is physically delivered. Sharing it prematurely could result in delivery issues, and we will be unable to assist.

  • If you reschedule delivery, do not share the OTP. The courier may mark your package as returned.

  • If your order status says “Delivered,” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24-48 hours here. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue in 3-5 working days
     

Refunds for Delays
 

  • If a delayed order prompts you to cancel, we’ll ask the courier to return the package. Refunds are processed once the return is confirmed.
